I was charged for a service that I did not receive . I took my car to be diagnosed because my check engine light was on. They called me and told me before I got my car diagnosed that I had to purchase a I took my car to be diagnosed because my check engine light was on. They called me and told me before I got my car diagnosed that I had to purchase a battery for 369. I told them that that was too expensive and I would just come get my car. Jessica Owens basically charged me for half a diagnostic, even though they didn't diagnose my car at all she told me that that was protocol. She told me that she was charging me for half an hour of labor, even though all they did was shi chickmy battery. More
