The sales experience was great, the financing portion was not. One of the 2 finance managers was out which caused all of the paperwork to go through 1 finance manager. My most recent interaction with the service department has left me with little to no trust in them. I brought my vehicle in for a DEF reading issue. I was required to leave my vehicle for 2 - 3 days to al has left me with little to no trust in them. I brought my vehicle in for a DEF reading issue. I was required to leave my vehicle for 2 - 3 days to allow their only diesel mechanic had a backlog of customers ahead of me. I had to rent a vehicle for this period of time. The service writer told me I would be reimbursed by my warranty company if the cause of the DEf issue was covered. After 2 days I was told it was due to "low voltage readings" indicating a need foe 2 new batteries. Therefore, it eas not covered by my warranty. I paid over $700 for 2 batteries and $170+ for car rental out of pocket. I picked up the truck and drove home. The next afternoon I got the same DEF warning on my dash. I called my service writer who told me she couldn't do anything about it until Monday morning. So I brought it back Monday morning and after no more than an hour the shop manager told me they filled my DEF tank and I should call him directly if the problem persists. No one offered to reimburse me for the unnecessary costs I incurred by trusting their "word" about low voltage readings being the cause of the DEF warnings. No one even apologized for the cost and inconvenience of their mis-diagnosis. I don't know how I can trust this team again. It's truly a pity because I bought the truck at this dealership and have brought it back for every maintenance appointment for the last 6 years. More
