I couldn’t take my 2024 3500 Ram home the day I bought it because they told me it needed to be washed and serviced. I came back the next day for it. When we told the sales man about our dissatisfaction he was more concerned on the reviews we would leave him than trying to make it right to the customer. We did not receive any apologies from him. He left us and went inside. A short time later a supervisor came out and apologized to us. A bottle cleaner was also left in the wind shield as like if they washed it. This is our third time buying from this dealer but it is definitely our last! More
