Great Teamwork to make your buying experience worth it! What can I say? I've seen every SUV make and model out there and the Alfa Romeo was my last stop. He was amazing! Chris, the finance guy was awesome! Great personality! Dealing with buyers is not always easy because your are dealing with so many different personalities, but Chris was great!! He worked with me, cracked a few jokes, made the experience painless! Lol. He was awesome! And last but not least, there is Erik. Erik is also a sales manager. He was so sweet and so nice. He just did whatever he could to make us happy. All four men had great personalities and really did an outstanding job on making us feel welcomed and part of the family. Flat tire /rim repair Service and quality of work was done well. People were friendly as well. I was given a loaner due to tire was on back order. (1.5 week)Also was charged for rim repair however was not told it wasn’t covered under tire rim protection insurance before hand. Also when I called they wanted me to call the parts department to see if they had the tire for my car rather than them doing their job at the service department. More
