Wanted a Ti Lusso but without the sunroof They ordered a Stelvio to my exact specifications and it arrived exactly as ordered without a single error. Wanted a Ti Lusso but without the sunroof because there is more headroom without it . Took a long time but worth the wait. To the manager’s and salesman’s credit, additional incentives arose in the time while I was waiting for the car, which I had been unaware of, and they immediately passed the savings on to me. They had also been honest at the forefront that the custom order could take many months to arrive from Italy. The final lease price was significantly less than the price I had agreed to months before, which I never thought would have happened. Honest sales team. Luigi also stayed late after the store closed to explain the car’s features to me when I had been unable to get out of work earlier. Happy to be an Alfista. More

The financing department which in my opinion is typically the worst experience in a dealership was fantastic also he was quick concise and very courteous I’ve only had the car for a short time but I love the way it looks and the way it handles and I would highly recommend both the car and your dealership to anyone that asks me More

Going back to VW soon as lease is up While my Service Advisor was as nice and easy to work with as possible, I was far less than pleased with the Service Center as a whole. From my 1st ca While my Service Advisor was as nice and easy to work with as possible, I was far less than pleased with the Service Center as a whole. From my 1st call to make an appointment being told the next available date was a week out when I was having issues with my tires was upsetting enough for me to beg to be seen sooner. The nice phone representative was kind enough to speak to the Service Manager who was willing to take me 2 days later. Still 2 days longer than I was comfortable with as I did not feel safe with wobbling tires. When I inquired about a loaner, I was told the next available loaner was 20 days later. As such, I drove to the center 2 days later. Upon arriving to the service center which was tricky to find, I was baffled where to go since every sign said "MOPAR SERVICE" and I have no idea what that even means. I have a Fiat and this is a Chrysler/Jeep dealership. What a mess. When I checked in I was told I would have to wait 1 1/2 hours AT LEAST to get a diagnosis. When I was directed to the waiting area that was close to appalling conditions for customers paying high prices for their vehicles I decided to get an uber and leave as soon as I could. I received a call many hours later that at least 2 of my rims needed to be replaced and the car would need to be kept overnight. The Service Advisor guided me well from a cost-saving standpoint and I feel comfortable with his recommendation of fixing the Existing rims vs replacing. When I arrived after another uber ride the next day, I paid for 3 tires (as they all needed it) at $150 each and after paying got into my car which the dealership didnt even do a courtesy wash. Very poor service. More
