We are not happy about the Jeep that you provide in rush! We are disappointed because , you told us that it's the same as my Jeep that I return but the new Jeep has no sunroof and no remote car starter so I a We are disappointed because , you told us that it's the same as my Jeep that I return but the new Jeep has no sunroof and no remote car starter so I am not happy , Monday on labor day it was raining very badly , we did the paperwork first and after we saw the new Jeep laredo and we realize that there is no sunroof and remote car starter when we came home, beside that we wait , it was raining very badly and meanwhile you said to wait the tire to be changed , it was a mistake on that rain to take in rush the Jeep that you provide!! this is not acceptable ! please can you provide us the correct jeep. Fair, respectful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all From the start Ryan listened to everything I told him which was essentially I am here to mainly test drive and I’m probably not buying a car from you From the start Ryan listened to everything I told him which was essentially I am here to mainly test drive and I’m probably not buying a car from you unless it’s a really good deal. He was not pushy, I essentially sold myself on the car. Ryan was “on my team” in doing whatever it took to try to negotiate the deal I was asking for. I walked out of the dealership when his managers wouldn’t come down to my number and went straight to the Toyota dealership across the street. After my experience it made me appreciate Ryan even more. Most sales people don’t understand the math behind the numbers they are demanding from you but Ryan was 100% able to keep up with the numbers and we were talking the same language. Ryan texted me the next day and after going back and forth a few times we came to terms on my new Gladiator. It was a fair price and he was professional and concise throughout the entire process. He knew I didn’t have much time to get this all wrapped up and did what he could to keep my dealership face time to a minimum. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a Jeep/Ram or Dodge they will not be disappointed. More
