Unfortunately terrible brought my truck in at 8 am for an 8:30 Oil change appointment and 8 hours later and no phone call still not serviced. Could not leave truck there for remainder of weekend so left with 8:30 Oil change appointment and 8 hours later and no phone call still not serviced. Service rep was excellent.However I don’t think they Service rep was excellent. However I don’t think they should everyone a 9am appointment. I came in for an oil change. I waited two hours. Many people Service rep was excellent. However I don’t think they should everyone a 9am appointment. I came in for an oil change. I waited two hours. Many people outside in lounge chairs waiting. Just give me an appointment time. An oil change should take 30 mins especially since I got no inspection or a sheet showing brakes, tires etc or a tire rotation. More
