Excellent and caring dealership We had an excellent service at Ramsey Auto Group. My husband’s Dodge Ram got totaled the day of storm by a tree falling on it. We went the to the dealership the day after the storm to purchase another truck. The dealership had no power but our salesperson, Dani Kriscunas, didn’t let the fact of no power, no A.C., no computers stop her. She used her personal phone and went through the inventory looking for a truck we were interested in. Low and behold in their lower lot was a truck they just got in that met our criteria. She worked her magic and got us multiple rebates and discount which brought the price in our wheelhouse. We went back the next day to test drive the vehicle...the dealership still had no power due to the storm. We officially decided we wanted the vehicle but it needed to be prepped. She offered to deliver the truck to our house the next so that we didn’t need to wait for hours for the dealership to prep it. The next day we finished some financial work on the phone and our new truck was coming down the street by early afternoon. Papers were signed, check handed over and the truck was ours. Another person from the dealership traveled behind the truck to bring her back to the dealership but before they left this specialist taught my husband all about the features of his new truck. Could not have asked for a better experience ...would definitely go back to this dealership. More
