Poor communication. I made A 10 am appt by phone for 15,000 mile service. I dropped car the night before using the key drop. Morning of service Joan called to tell me service requested would be $595. She said she didn’t know anything about that...I called at 1:00 pm to see if I could pick up yet and she said yes ready to go, then said it’s here for recall, right. No...my car wasn’t ready by 1 pm. I called back at 4:15 when I still hadn’t heard anything and was told Joan was gone for the day to call back at 10 am the next day! I asked why I had a 10 am appointment for standard service and it STILL wasn’t done. I was connected to Chris who resolved my problem and the car was ready at 5 pm - with no charge as it’s covered by my lease. More
