No loaner I put my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service for a few reasons. It needed its first service with oil change and tire rotation. The power seat memo I put my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service for a few reasons. It needed its first service with oil change and tire rotation. The power seat memory wasn’t working so I asked if that could be looked at and fixed. Lastly, it has been making a strange noise in the rear undercarriage when stepping on the gas. The oil change device was done and the seat memory was fixed. But, I was told there was no issue with the truck and not to worry about the noise unless it gets worse. But, my biggest issue was that I asked for a loaner car for the day when I booked the appointment more than a week earlier. I have Geico insurance and I was told that Jeep has a policy where I need to get a letter from Geico stating I have coverage for a loaner car. It seems ridiculous to me that I’m a Jeep customer but Jeep is asking me to do the legwork to get a loaner car from them. But I contacted Geico and they sent me my coverage and declaration page to share with Jeep. When I arrived for my appointment, Jeep told me that wasn’t satisfactory and they couldn’t give me a loaner. I had to call for an Uber home then another Uber when returning to pick up my truck. This is my third Grand Cherokee lease in a row with Ramsey and it will certainly be my last now. In fact, Ramsey Jeep will never see me again for any reason. There are other local dealerships with much better customer service who would appreciate getting my business. More
