I was connected to a gentleman by the name of Dominick Posillipo. Dominick was extremely helpful, patient and professional. Dominick made our car experience a great one! We felt that he held our hands throughout the entire process. He answered every questioned that we had asked. We were really impressed with his knowledge about all of the Infiniti vehicles and the Infiniti brand. There are some sales consultants that will put on a suit and will try to sale a vehicle to you without having any knowledge about the vehicle that you're interested in or the brand itself. Dominick truly loves what he does and actually takes the time to learn about the Infiniti brand and the vehicles that he is selling. My husband and I like to switch our vehicles often and we would love to work with Dominick in the near future! More

From the beginning of my dealings with ramsey infinity they were too busy for me. Asking that I come at there convenience, not mine. Then when I did get an appointment the salesperson Joe, decided to wait until 5 minutes before my arrival to tell me that there was a problem with the car and that the vital mmi system wasn't working. And said, well I guess if you still want to come I can show you the car anyway REDICULOUS. So I went being that I had already driven an hour to get there. I was interested in the vehicle, so I asked if he could get it taken care of and sell me the vehicle, he refused. He then showed the vehicle to someone else the next day. I found this out when I called them to tell them how to fix the problem with the mmi just so they could sell me the vehicle, REDICULOUS! Because the mmi wasn't working when I looked at the vehicle I couldn't check to see what options it had, navigation etc. I was promised that it had all the options including navigation. After I told them how to fix the vehicle I had to call them, they didn't call me, to buy the vehicle. When I did, i was told that amazingly, everything was working again, including the navigation. So even though it was a REDICULOUS experience so far, i pursued the purchase. I was assured that all was in order, I had my credit checked, was approved of course, and purchased the vehicle. After my purchase I went to recheck all the options, and found out that the car did not even have navigation installed, the power outlets in the front didn't work not to mention a now cracked reverse light. When I told the dealer reassured me that it was a mistake and that it would be resolved. That was a month ago. Now I can't get them to keep an appointment or call back when they said they will. I have never been so disappointed in a dealership. I had to fix the power outlets myself, and the navigation issue is not been resolved. The people at this dealer have lied, broken promises, and shown extreme incompetence. This dealer truly is a joke. I will never buy from them again, and I advise all to go elsewhere. Infinity's are awesome. Ramsey infinity is an insult to the name.what I've mentioned here is only the tip of the iceberg at this dealer. More
