This is the second Infiniti I have leased from this dealer. I loved my 2010 FX37, and I was able to terminate my lease early to get a 2012 FX37. Going to any dealership for me can typically be a very stressful experience. I am a repeat customer of Ramsey Infiniti and have always had a generally good experience, but this past purchase has been exceptionally pleasant and stress free. I attribute this to my sales person, Bob Helstoski. I was a little worried initially. The sales person I have always dealt with was no longer with the company and I did not know Bob. I was interested in a new 2012 G37 sedan and was sure it was going to take a long time to settle on a deal. The exact opposite occurred. Bob was very professional and transparent about options available and price. No games from him and this immediately put me at ease. We agreed to a deal that satisfied me greatly and I have never been happier. I got everything I wanted and more. I cannot recommend Bob Helstoski enough. I was able to negotiate a great deal and I had the pleasure of working with Bob, a great salesman and good person overall. Nice and professional gentleman who made me feel welcomed. Thank you Bob. I was referred to Pepe's by a very good friend of mine who knew the sales manager well, and we did go there first. I had made a deposit there on the car we were interested in but we had dealth with your location on all our Infinity leases and purchases. On the way to Pepe's, we approched exit 15 when we decided to go to your location. When we walked in, Mahdi greeted us with a smile. There was no brash greeting, no hype, no pushing, instead we felt as if he was an old friend. His mannerisms sold us that car. After he gave us the bottom line on the car, right there and then I called Pepe's to tell them to issue me a credit for the $500 deposit and to tear it up. I knew I was in the right dealership for this purchase. I hope he is there when we're ready for our next Infinity. Your salesman should learn from him if they do not have this approach.You want to sell cars? He's definitely got the right formula. There's only one thing seperating you from Pepe's. With all things being equal, it was that first and consistant demeanor of Mahdi that instantly made us want to buy our car there. Buy the way I'm not his relative or friend. When I went to Ramsey Infiniti I wasn't really too sure if I'll be able to buy a car at all. I didn't know about my credit score and was a little affraid of prices of Infinitis. I got my eyes on a 2009 FX if I'll be able to buy a car at all. I didn't know about my credit score and was a little affraid of prices of Infinitis. I got my eyes on a 2009 FX35 and asked for assistance. I couldn't be happier with Bob Helstoskis help. We test drove the FX while he briefly gave me some info about it. The price to me was great! And they were able to aprove me for a loan too! Bob is a great sales man, tried to make the sale as easy and quick as possible. They gave me three options of finicing to choose from ( which was Great!). The business manager also gave me a great deal on the waranties. And after just couple of hours my Infiniti was ready to go home not only washed and detailed, but they also slapped some new tires on it!! I also had a little chat with Mat Moskal who also works there. All staff is extriemly friendly and helpfull. Definetely an amazing expierience. Ramsey Infiniti will definetly be the only dealer I purchase from in the future and I recomend it to everyone!! More

Christa Cook was my initial contact at Ramsey Infiniti through the internet. I made several appointments which had to be rescheduled because of my mother's illness. Although I missed several appointments she had scheduled without a call from me to reschedule she was never impolite. Finally I decided to visit Ms Cook without even an appointment because of the manner in which she conducted the business at hand. She then introduced me to Mr Matt Moskal who extended the same courteousness in our business transaction. Mr Moskal explained everything in a simple matter-of-fact way without overselling me on the vehicle i wanted to purchase. He is a straight shooter and I appreciated this especially with my vehicle I was trading in,and when I test drive the vehicle I was interested in. He is knowledgeable in the product he is selling and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at the dealership from all parties concerned, and especially with the speed in which my transaction was completed.
