I have been going to Ramsey Infiniti for 14 years. Jennifer is always awesome as is shown by other reviews. This time I had a big problem, and perhaps it was because Jennifer was not my service advi Jennifer is always awesome as is shown by other reviews. This time I had a big problem, and perhaps it was because Jennifer was not my service advisor. I brought my car in for replacement of the steering linkage and other steering related parts. It was a big, expensive job. Needless to say, I drove the car home after it was “fixed”. The next day the steering was making horrible noises and was difficult to steer. There was a big puddle of steering fluid on the floor of my garage. I was unable to use the car for the holiday weekend, and now they are going to have to send a flatbed truck to bring it back to the dealership, give me a loaner for as many days as it takes to fix it properly, and cause me great inconvenience. More
