I have my 2017 Mazda CX-5 serviced for oil change, tire rotation and brakes inspection (and eventual replacement). It’s not your cheapest dealership, but the service guy did a solid job. I took out a loaner vehicle and somebody apparently scratched the rear passenger door at a parking lot when I was away, and the dealership did not make a lot of fuss about the scratch on the door. Todd my service guy is great. Pulled in without an appointment for the tire light and Todd got me right in. Was great with all the COVID 19 mask wearing, chair coverings, etc. Was in and out in 20 mi appointment for the tire light and Todd got me right in.
