The dealership had the car I saw on their website and honored the price quoted, Salesman, Victor, was very thorough in explaining features of the car and the test drive was geared towards seeing how the car handled on the highway as well as back roads which is very helpful. He did not pressure me in any way and went out of his way to negotiate a few things. I was then introduced to Donovan to complete my paperwork. Donovan, like Victor, is a no-pressure person, thoroughly explained everything and told me what other options were available as far as coverages. We concluded the transaction smoothly and I couldn't be happier. More

Shady Sales Negotiating Ethics . Watch out for the person on the phone making a deposit on a car your looking to buy that will be there in 15 minutes and on her way driving there, t . Watch out for the person on the phone making a deposit on a car your looking to buy that will be there in 15 minutes and on her way driving there, then an hour and a half later still has not shown up yet and then when you call the next day the car is still there for sale for with this supposed deposit but they can call me back to make an appointment to look at the car with this deposit on it. Why wasn't the sale done after we were there for 2 and a half hours because they wanted to tell a women and treat her like a child who knows nothing about cars that the brakes squeal because they greased them to much. Even after driving the car for 20 minutes they were getting worse not better. Everything happens for a reason! I was willing to pay this dealership 2,000 not 2,500 for the rare color made not rare car (extra line item fee to get another 500. out of you) which was already over excellent car value on NADA. The car was in good condition not excellent (look closer at that rare car on the lot) and it was so rare (ha) that I found another exact same car and color an hour later, for 3,000 less than I was willing to pay and really is in excellent condition.
