So we weren't sure what to expect. At Ramsey Mazda, you're greeted when you enter the showroom, and you can browse without anyone chasing you. We asked for help and got it, and Charlie made the experience a pleasant one. We found a nice, reliable car that our son is very happy with and, almost ten months along, still runs great! There was a disconnect regarding sale price (what we were quoted versus what was on contract) when we were signing the paperwork in the finance office, but that was resolved. Our follow up oil change was handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Ramsey Mazda! More
