Poor. Extremely long wait for a light bulb Expressed that I had the bulb for my headlight. The service gentlemen (name escapes me)bulked at the idea. After waiting for 1 hr. Recall, Inspection, Oil change, Tires rotate Todd was very knowledgable to questions I had regarding handling remote opening and closing of the vehicle. Very professional and friendly attitude to Todd was very knowledgable to questions I had regarding handling remote opening and closing of the vehicle.
