He always made time for me there 3 different times I sought to ask him questions and never pressured me and always took his time. 6 months after my first encounter with Willy, I decided to lease my new car. I had never leased before and he went over the pros and cons that I had. Exceptional service and a great deal made me happy I got my second car at Ramsey Mazda. Smooth Experiece I was apprehensive buying outside the brands of car my family usually owns. Also, I dreaded the idea of pushy salespeople. I can honestly say I felt welcome and nobody jump on me to try to sell me a car. Adonis was very laid back, welcoming, knowledgeable and very friendly. We did the test drive and completely answered my questions. Also, Jim, the sales manager was extremely friendly, caring and patient. Lastly, Donovan made the finance process easy, simple, and well explained. I believe everyone I came into contact with was the same and did not fake their willingness to help, I appreciate this from the dealer.
