Willy Elkammary (sales) went out of his way to get me the car with the features that I wanted. He drove down to Pennsylvania to make sure the car was exactly the one I wanted. That’s what I call “pleasing the customer.” There are not many people who would go out of their like that. Donovan Lau (finance manager) made it so easy to understand the terms of the lease. I have been a customer since 2000. I have yet to be disappointed. The service center also went out of their way to make sure that I got the wheel locks that were ordered. Everyone in that department always go out of their way and explains what is being done to the car. Crystal was great. She checked on the car periodically and informed me as to when it was ready. We just leased our second car with this dealership and were very pleased, once again, with how we were treated. Ramsey Mazda was very accommodating, patient and flexible. Victor Jacobson was our salesman in 2016 and again this month. He exerts no-pressure and has a great disposition. He's got a great manner about him and he did not rush us into our decisions. I would highly recommend him. Oh, and of course, we love the Mazda 6 Touring sedan we got today - which replaced the 2016 version we had.
