I was made to feel like I was a friend Todd assisted me with my service experience. I was not pleased with the dealership where were leased our vehicle. The dealership that I normally use h Todd assisted me with my service experience. I was not pleased with the dealership where were leased our vehicle. The dealership that I normally use had no appointments available for at least a month. My wife called Ramsey to see about making an appointment. When she got off the phone she told how nice the individual was that spoke with her in making the appointment. The our car needed a basic service, a safety recall and a few other items, where we were concerned about the cost of repair. When I sat down with Todd he immediately put himself in my shoes and understood my concerns. We spoke about all the repairs and costs before any work was done. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service from him. The way I was treated by him will make me go back to Ramsey when I'm ready to purchase a new car. And of course come back to get my car serviced. More

I was happy with the offer and instead of keeping me there all day on a Saturday, he asked me when I wanted to pick up the car. I have never experienced that at a dealership, I was always pressured to take the car that day. The GM, Jim Sabini was wonderful to work with! He was honest, and I can tell he is truly customer focused. When I went to pick up my new car again it was quick and easy. Don with finance reviewed everything and got me out of there quickly. Can’t say enough great things about this dealership! Highly recommend if you are looking for a Mazda! More
