Quick and Simple I had done some research beforehand, looking for an affordable car that still performed well, and it lead me to the Mazda CX-3. Brakes issues Came in complaining of brakes performance in my new cx-5. Excellent service Since the tires were rotated and air pressure checked, it would have been nice if the tech had replaced the one tire valve cap that was missing. And there was a scratched on the hood of my car that I noticed after I left they left the inside of my car dirty you can see the boot print of the mechanics boot in the inside I guess from staying to work in my car More

Bad experience Received a call from someone in charge of internet sales to come down for an appointment to test drive a Mazda 3. Once I arrived the lady I spoke wi Received a call from someone in charge of internet sales to come down for an appointment to test drive a Mazda 3. Once I arrived the lady I spoke with introduced me to a different salesperson (Adonis) First impression was that he was new and didn’t know what he was doing because after the introduction I had to do all the talking. We went for a test drive, which he didn’t say anything except where I had to turn and then after returning to the dealership he parked the car and disappeared. After finally returning I informed him I was looking for a red select package, he looked it up on the computer and told me they didn’t have any at the dealership but one was in transit and would be there within the next 2 days and he would call me. He also informed me he couldn’t talk about price because it wasn’t on the lot so we couldn’t work out any details. He never called me , instead I had to reach out to him. Needless to say the red Mazda 3 never arrived after a month of waiting, he never made an effort to find me another car and I ended up going to another dealer 30 miles away which had numerous Mazda 3 select packages on their lot. More

They lied There was a sound coming from my rear tires/brakes. They said they checked them and they were “fine”—but they never even took the tires off because my There was a sound coming from my rear tires/brakes. They said they checked them and they were “fine”—but they never even took the tires off because my glove box was never touched to get my wheel lock out so how can they tell me they looked at it??!? Then they tried to tell me the sound was coming from my suspension and I needed new front struts but I still hear the noise now and it’s definitely coming from the rear...?!?! The customer service rep that handled me was perfectly pleasant and courteous but I’m pretty sure she had no idea what the service tech did or didn’t do with my car. And It wasn’t clearly explained that the $125 diagnosis fee would have to be paid no matter what— and that it would be subtracted off the total of the repair cost if we did the recommended repairs at the dealership. What I understood was that as long as we had some work done while the car was in the shop it would be waived but that was not the case. So we spent $250 for an oil change and new wiper blades and a diagnosis that wasn’t even correct!!!!! More
