Great experience and smooth purchase To All, For a while, I was looking for a car and I decided on Mazda through the Internet. I found several dealers who offered me different prices. Ho To All, For a while, I was looking for a car and I decided on Mazda through the Internet. I found several dealers who offered me different prices. How this dealer center worked through the Internet and answered all my questions became clear to me that I will choose a car from them. Using the Internet and the phone I decided on a particular car that I want to take, and by color and specifications/options, I found out the price the dealer offered me, I asked for confirmation via email and got it. I came to the office I was met by Rocky who I did talk all the time. He suggested tea or coffee while they would prepare the documents. It took not so much time than with their help I returned my old Toyota to Toyota dealer and was happy with the new Mazda CX5. The prices that I have been promised via the Internet remained the same I just added a few options. Thank you for great service I hope it will continue. More

Thank you for a great experience! I was interested in seeing if I qualified for a new car, as my credit was not spectacular. I was hoping that I could drive home a new Mazda, but was n I was interested in seeing if I qualified for a new car, as my credit was not spectacular. I was hoping that I could drive home a new Mazda, but was not expecting it. Going In, Justin knew right from the moment we sat down that I was exploring the possibilities. Even so, he was very helpful and understanding and explained the application process fully. After some paperwork, I met with Donovan in the Finance office and he took me further through the application, explaining all the necessary details completely. Any question that I had, he answered to my full satisfaction. At no time during my visit with Justin or Donovan was there a 'rush-to-decide'. There was absolutely no pressure and no hassles. A short time later, to my great satisfaction, I was approved for a car. Donovan took me through a few options and the final details were completed, and they were right for me. After a short wait for the car to be prepped, I met with Adonis. He took me through all the workings of the car(console panels, features, etc). He is a very knowledgeable representative and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. In less than two hours, I was driving home my 2018 Mazda3 Sport. From my first visit there to look at the vehicles and take a test drive, my salesman Joe Guadalupe was friendly and helpful and super easy to talk with and work with. He never pressured me and made me feel extremely comfortable. He answered all my questions and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted in a new car. He went over and above to make sure that all my needs were taken care of. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car sales person. In addition to Joe, Donovan Lau, the business manager was also exceptionally effortless to work with. When I arrived to pick up my car Donovan was ready for me with all the paperwork and made the process so simple and uncomplicated. He was extremely warm and friendly adding even more to the exceptionally top level experience I had. All in all I highly recommend Ramsey Mazda for anyone looking to buy or lease a car. Highly recommended!! I was in the market for a new vehicle and after researching numerous vehicles, I decided to go with the 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with Premium Pac I was in the market for a new vehicle and after researching numerous vehicles, I decided to go with the 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with Premium Package. My physical search started with a visit to Ramsey Mazda to see said vehicle in person and go for a test drive. I went alone (usually go with my husband for backup, lol) and was greeted by salesman Willy Elkammary who saw me looking at the vehicle in the showroom and was more than happy to help me, in a good way. His friendly (not fake) personality was the first thing I noticed and was drawn to and immedialy felt comfortable. I explained to him what I was looking for and how I was going to investigate prices on my own from other dealerships and he was STILL happy and willing to take me on a test drive. Willy took me highway driving as well as city driving and was extremely easy to talk to and communicate with, I felt like I was with family. When we got back to the dealership he gave me his card and a price for the vehicle at which time I thanked him and told him I would be in touch after my own price research. No pressure to make a "deal" at all! Willy called me twice in the 12 days that I was doing my research to touch base and I explained that I was still waiting for quotes. After I heard back from about 7 different dealers across NJ and NY, all quoting me the same price within 4 dollars, one dealer in NJ that was about 45 from my house came in $12 cheaper than the cheapest I had gotten closer to home. I was willing to drive but hoped a dealer close to home was willing to match it so I could stay in the area, no one wanted to do that. I initially told Willy at my test drive that I would give him the courtesy of being the last person I contact (because I liked his professionalism) to see if he could beat the best deal I was offered. I called him and said I would be coming in to see him and I am so glad I did!! Willy worked with floor manager Wiles Chiasson (who also could not have been any nicer and non-pressuring) and made the deal happen, he matched it. No haggling, No annoying sales pitches, No xx and No back-up (AKA husband) needed. I am so lucky to have crossed paths with Willy while car shopping and appreciated his no nonsense way of purchasing a new car. My last stop was the dreaded finance person, right......wrong....NOT at this dealership!!! I sat with business manager Donovan Lau, signed all my paperwork and was ready to take my new vehicle home. No xx on that end either! Willy sat with me in my new vehicle and explained all the bells and whistles before I drove off, thank you for such a smooth and pleasant experience! If you are EVER in the market for a new Mazda, you MUST go see Willy, you will be so glad you did. Once we had finalized the car, the rest of the paperwork was pretty smooth and working with the others at the dealership was very smooth as well.
