I started with an email Saturday morning to "New Jersey #1" Mazda dealership or so they claim. Its on route 23. After sending an email before noon on Saturday I received a quick email reply but no follow phone call even though I requested one. After a few hours of waiting around I then emailed Ramsey Mazda and bam, email follow up and bam a phone call! The next thing I know a sales guy by the name of Eric Taylor calls me, we discuss the car I'm looking for and here we go again, bam he emails me the cars pricing. You kinda get that feeling that this dealership has there act together so I head over on Monday, meet this really nice and sincere kid ( any one my sons age is a kid to me) look and the car, give them a deposit and bam its the following Saturday ( today) and I just got home with the car. I dropped $34K so it was a good sale for them I'm sure. The deal ended with meeting and working with Ramsey Business Manager Donovan Lau. Donovan was the nicest guy to deal with, he was very knowledgeable and he explained everything with clarity making the whole very transaction easy. As someone is Sales all my life no one I can see right thought the xx artist but these guys are the real deal, I highly recommend them and this dealership. Good luck More

Excellent Experience I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked into Ramsey Mazda, but I was expecting a high pressure Sales approach from the Sales rep. Well to my surpri I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked into Ramsey Mazda, but I was expecting a high pressure Sales approach from the Sales rep. Well to my surprise that DID NOT HAPPEN. Rockstone was very professional, he explained everything , no fast talking. We even had a few laughs. Donovan was also very professional and was able to reassure me of the financial considerations for my first new car in easy everyday langue. Both of these guys were terrific. I would recommend both of them and Ramsey Mazda to anyone looking to lease or purchase a new car. More

Each time we visited we could not get a straight answer on how much a lease on this car would be. Also, when we enquired on the phone we were told we could not get a quote on the ph - and had to come in, very frustrating -we just wanted a straight up, fair quote on the vehicle. It seems as though their whole strategy is to get you in then see who much they can get out of you. We were always referred to the finance manager who was their big shot negotiator - who was quite frankly a real turn off. Then a friend suggested I call Joe Guadalupe at Ramsey. He was great! He knew everything there was to know about the car, was not pushy at all, and to top it off we got an awesome price on the car, which was actually less than he'd said it might be on the phone. To sum up it was a completely stress-free process, and rare to find a dealership which has such an honest, transparent approach to selling their cars. BTW - we love our new 2018 CX-9 GT! More

All the pieces need to fit, and that's just what happened when my wife and I sat down with Charlie. We were looking at CX-5s at other dealerships, but had purchased our CX-9 from Ramsey and were very happy. Charlie was the most upbeat, friendly sales rep we could want. He was knowledgeable, easy going and funny. We usually don't make a decision on a first sit-down, but Charlie had the patience to hang on and we made a deal on a 2018 CX-5 the same day we stopped in. The car is terrific, but way more high-tech than our old CX-9 . Charlie gave us a full walk-through on delivery and emphasized that if we ever have a question, to call him (not just try to find an answer in the owner's manual). So far so good, but if I ever get stuck trying to use some feature, I would not hesitate to pick-up the phone and chat with Charlie. More
