I understand some customers shop dealer's prices, but with a three-year-old, it's difficult for me to come into a dealership for a quote (especially when some salespeople seem uninterested in being forthright and respectful of my time). Justin and Ramsey Mazda, by contrast, followed up immediately, enthusiastically, and courteously, answering any and all questions I had about the car and working in good faith to negotiate a price that was fair. Good customer service is becoming rarer and rarer. I was grateful to experience it with Justin and find that Ramsey Mazda values and encourages cordiality and sincere business dealings. More
