We were very happy to have Mike DePaolo sell us our car. Mike DePaolo was great. Not your typical "salesman" - made us fell at ease right away by not coming at us with a hard sell. Let us take our time and make up our own minds without putting any undue pressure on us which made us like him even more. Self deprecating, tells corny jokes and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else. We got Mike through the luck of the draw as he happened to be the one available when we walked through the doors -- and we're very thankful for that luck. ONLY place to buy a Mazda in the Tri-State Area! Love this dealership! Just bought our second Mazda from Ramsey Mazda and couldn't be happier with our deal and our experience. I met Willy over the Love this dealership! Just bought our second Mazda from Ramsey Mazda and couldn't be happier with our deal and our experience. I met Willy over the phone and told him what I wanted and he was back in touch with me in less than 10 minutes with a better price than the two other dealers I had already been working with. We live less than a mile from the self proclaimed "biggest and best" Mazda dealership in the area, but chose to make make the trip half hour trip up 287 to Ramsey Mazda not only for the price, but for the way we are treated as customers. These guys are upfront, honest and ethical (did I just say that about a car dealership?!?) - a very unique experience when buying a car. I can't say enough good things about Willy, Donovan and the group of managers we encountered throughout our car buying process. They all made it an enjoyable experience. Thank you all and we look forward to returning next year when the lease on other Mazda expires. Keep up the good work! More

I was shopping for a 2016 or 2017 Miata and met salesman Steve Primeaux after work one day. After making sure I fit in the vehicle Steve suggested a test drive but I didn't have time that day. I stopped back a few days later to talk price and within a short time got a great deal with a price and financing I was really happy with. Steve turned me over to Donovan the business manager to work out the money details. I went back the next day on my lunch to pick up the car anticipating it would take a couple of hours and due to Don's professionalism and attention to detail I was back within the hour. My co-workers couldn't believe it. I had one minor issue with the car and Steve took care of it, no problem. Thanks Steve and Don! More

I was very pleased with the treatment I received while we did our research and all our negotiation and paperwork with Willy Elkammary and Donovan Lau. I imagine it speaks volumes to say I went back in July 2017 for another purchase and had the same great experience with the dealership. This time I purchased a CX-5. Again, I worked with Willy and Donovan, who made the process pretty painless. There is a sense of camaraderie between the coworkers that makes the sales floor a comfortable environment without that high-pressure sales technique of the salesperson saying "I have to go back to the manager to see if he'll approve for the number you are asking..."I would recommend Mazda Ramsey to family and friends in a heartbeat! From the moment I requested a quote online to the day I drove my new CX-5 home I received nothing but the best customer service from Eric Taylor and Donovan Lau. Our sales consultant Eric was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He made sure we were completely satisfied with the car (drives incredible), showed us every aspect of it during the test drive and afterwards. From setting up the cruise control, to the infotainment system, to the lane keep assist, bluetooth, navigation, etc.. and all the safety features the vehicle comes equipped with, and Donovan was helpful, genuine and professional and helped us secure a great deal through financing. We are certainly enjoying our new car and look forward to a continuing relationship with Ramsey Mazda and the entire staff.
