He explained everything that was offered and tailored the visit to my specific needs. He went above and beyond to make sure I drove off with the perfect car for me (and I did - my Mazda CX-3), and I was beyond impressed with his caring nature, professionalism and respectful manner. However, my experience with the financial department was different. Key points regarding insurance were not explained to me, even after asking for more detail. I was told one thing before the purchase, and another thing after. I expressed my concern and I was literally shrugged off with no explanation, leaving the impression that the deal was done at it was my problem now... including a higher bill. Even though the last part of my experience was distasteful, I still give a 4 star rating because my experience with Willy far outshone any negativity that I experienced. The financial department could learn a lot about customer service from Willy. More
