They were treating me as if they had never heard the words "customer service". While I was waiting at the salesman's desk, (he got up and left me sitting there several times) I checked my phone for another dealer and found Ramsey Mazda. I gave them a call (still sitting at the salesman's desk) and was connected to Rockstone (Rocky) Dunn. He assured me that if I went over to Ramsey Mazda it would be worth the trip. When my salesman finally returned I shook his hand and said "goodbye". Of course he tried to make me stay to no avail. I drove about 40 minutes to Ramsey Mazda and met up with Rocky. I not only buy cars for myself, I also buy cars for my wife, my mother and my sister. Needless to say I have purchased over 15 new cars in my lifetime and know a good dealership and salesman when I see them. Rocky is the best. I walked out with a new car in just a couple of hours and have since bought a total of 3 cars from Rocky. My latest just last week. Ramsey Mazda Rocks I went to Ramsey Mazda this past Saturday at the advice of my friend who had recently leased a car from them.
