Amazing!!! I always lease my cars. So, I have this experience every three years. I don't look forward to it. However, Mike DePaolo and Donovan Lau have change I always lease my cars. So, I have this experience every three years. I don't look forward to it. However, Mike DePaolo and Donovan Lau have changed my mind. Mike was great. He did everything possible to make sure I got exactly the car that I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and willing to show me all the features on the car. He made me feel like I was, already, a part of the Ramsey/Mazda family. Donovan was very organized and thorough with the paperwork and making sure that I understood everything I was signing. I am looking forward to doing business with them again. I will, definitely, recommend them to all my friends and family. By the way, I purchased the CX5 and it is a beauty. It rides beautiful and the features are awesome. I'm very happy. More

Friendly staff, great service I found a car online for sale at Ramsey Mazda. I was hesitant to take the drive, as it was an hour and a half ride from home and I didn't want to wast I found a car online for sale at Ramsey Mazda. After meeting our salesman, Willy, I was glad I made the trip. He was very friendly, while still remaining professional. Also the finance rep, Donovan was excellent. He found a better loan rate than what my credit union was offering. He was very pleasant to talk with and patiently answered all of our many questions. Definitely worth the drive, I ended up with the car I wanted and an unbeatable loan rate. More

Very Unprofessional General Manager I was very interested in a car available at Ramsey Mazda. After test driving and doing some initial number crunching with the very helpful Rocky Dunn I was very interested in a car available at Ramsey Mazda. When I returned to Ramsey Mazda looking for a better deal, I was yelled at in front of the whole store by General Manager Brian Wallin and told that they didn't want my business in an extremely unprofessional manner. This whole experience was very embarrassing and I will not recommend Ramsey Mazda to anybody. More

Wonderful staff I went with my son to look into leasing a Mazda 3. The salesman Danny was not only knowledgeable but gave my son a test drive that really showed him I went with my son to look into leasing a Mazda 3. We did not decide to lease the car until the next day (Danny was off). Victor assisted us the next day and assured us that Danny would get the commission. Victor treated us as if we were his customer as well. Every employee we dealt with was so incredible including Jim the Sales Manager who worked out a great deal for my son. Donovan made the whole financing transaction painless and comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Excellent service I had been to two other Mazda dealerships and Ramsey was by far the most welcoming. Great service When I went looking for a new car, I encountered the typical salesmen. "What can I do to have you walk out with a car today?"
