I am going into my 3rd lease with Mazda and I went to Ramsey Mazda after having a terrible experience at Wayne Mazda (Price gouging, zero customer appreciation ~ this would have been my 3rd lease with Wa Ramsey Mazda after having a terrible experience at Wayne Mazda (Price gouging, zero customer appreciation ~ this would have been my 3rd lease with Wayne and it didn't make a difference. They spoke down to me, were condescending when I would contradict things they would say and also lied to me when I asked about a specific vehicle). I was referred to Victor after telling a family member about my experience. I spoke to Victor the next day, explaining what I was looking for and he set an appointment up to meet with me the following day. Victor took the time to listen to what I wanted, showed me different vehicles, as I was deciding between going from a sedan into an SUV. He explained the differences, the similarities and didn't try to push me into the most expensive vehicle they have. He ran numbers on the different trim levels for me, letting me make my own decision in regards to what I was comfortable with in terms of money down and monthly payments. He was extremely patient and kind and spoke to me as a real person, unlike my experience at Wayne Mazda. Working with Victor saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in comparison to what Wayne had quoted me and also saved me money on my monthly lease payments. I left Ramsey Mazda that same day with the vehicle that I had wanted. Victor took the time to set up all of the features, explain everything and link the vehicle to the MyMazda app that I use. I have no problem driving to Ramsey from Wayne ~ the experience I had at Ramsey Mazda and with Victor is one of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. I will continue to go to Ramsey Mazda and give them my business from this point on. More

I scheduled service to have my lost key fob replaced. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately attended to by the service department staff. Even though the dealership was in the middle of a major renovation, I was very impressed how smooth the overall experience was. My vehicle was completed within the time frame that I was told it would be. The service staff was very professional and courteous. This is my sixth Mazda purchased. I am likely going to be purchasing or leasing a new vehicle in the next few months and will likely conduct business at this dealership. Thank you! More
