We just leased a 2021 Mazda CX-9 as our new family car and it was honestly a wonderful experience. Working with Victor was a real pleasure. The vehicle is really nice and a perfect mix of style, tech, comfort and the safety features we were concerned about. This is our first 3 row vehicle, so it was nice to hear how Victor’s family uses their own. The manager Jim also lent a hand in customizing our deal, and made things go quickly and smoothly, thanks to him! Even amongst all this COVID-19 craziness, we found the process really easy and safe. From first visit to a return for daytime test drive to vehicle pickup, no problems. My wife also sat with Joe in finance who was really nice and he was able to give me a call and discuss gap coverage on the spot.
