I thought I was dealing with honest and professional management. I will be honest my salesperson Ian was very helpful. I will say I was a rude to him because of my frustration with my registration process their excuse was I have out of state plates but no one took the time to call the DMV to find out what the process is. They fell short on assisting me with this knowledge because no one cared once I purchased the 2011 Armada. I was told someone would return my call but of course no one has. I would not ever make make such a large purchase again or make a referral with any establishment who lies to there customers. More

With every test drive, we had to put in our car seats in each SUV. He was so patient. He also provided my children with pizza for lunch. We got a great deal on the car and drove it off the lot that day. Thank you, for making it so easy to purchase a car with young children in tow. More
Very Unprofessional Worked with Mae on a used Nissan Rogue. The first car we agreed on was sold from under us. Then she tried to sell us another car with double the miles for the same price without us seeing it. So we agreed to take delivery of the car regardless, and asked to be contacted by the finance manager for the terms and payments, which was never done. The following day when we came in we were disgusted with the way Mae handled herself in an unprofessional manner. She rushed into taking the plates off our trade in before we spoke with the finance manager. Once we sat with him we were surprised there were surprise "dealer prep charges" in excess of $400, and the promised interest rate apparently didn't exist although we were tier one credit. At this point we decided not to go through with the deal. This is when Mae became very confrontational, rude, nasty, and aggressive. She then barely screwed on the license plate on our trade in with one screw and threw the screws in the car. She then came running out as we were leaving and screamed at me while showing me a how she circled that we didn't qualify for the rate. She then gave us the finger as me, my wife, and toddler drove off after we didn't buy the car from her since she misinformed us and was rude. Initially we were referred to Murph, who was a true professional and gentleman, however due to Mae's unruly behavior i would never return. More

My wife and I have been dealing with Mae Naber for a number of our leased cars. We feel very confident that Mae is there for us and our needs. We are so confident in her loyalty and knowledge , that we leased our last car over the phone with her and in just a few minutes. my experience buying a pre-owned car here I bought a Volkswagen GTI 2011 here about a month a go. The salesperson, Alex, was amicable and although the car didn't have all the options liste I bought a Volkswagen GTI 2011 here about a month a go. The salesperson, Alex, was amicable and although the car didn't have all the options listed in the ad (the features lists in ads you see on autotraders are apparently auto-generated by VIN number and dealers don't take responsibility for what's on there, I'm told), we decided to go for it. They are very stiff on the posted prices, in our experience. When it came to New York state inspection of the car, we realized the brakes on the car weren't new as we were told by the seller, and it took a lot of arguing over the phone with people at the dealership and an account of our experience on here, but eventually mr Jay Dichio reached out to us and solved the issue in a very professional matter. In the end, overall ok experience, but some notes: - be very patient and take time to demand that any and every promise/claim made by the seller is on paper before you pay for the car. this can save a lot of time and trouble as we have learned. - if you want to go for the $350 a year allstate wheel protection insurance they sell you, keep in mind that if you don't really need and you want to cancel, you have to write a letter and it takes 6 weeks. - if you care about how you spend your money, read the bill of sale carefully and check every single thing you are being charged for. as you may not be used to if you usually buy cars from individuals or used car lots, dealerships charge detailing fees, maintenance fees and other things that can seem like they are just part of state taxes but aren't. - especially if the car isn't a Nissan, check the maintenance job the best you can. Although they supposedly spent 2000$ on the car that was sold to us, the coolant level was well below minimum.. good luck! More

I have worked with Samir Aly through out the years and have never been disappointed. The entire process was easy, from deciding what vehicle I would be purchasing to getting the best value. I can not recommend this dealership and especially Samir high enough. I send all my family and friend to see Samir when they are shopping for a new vehicle and they too have always been very happy with the entire experience. More
Service Center riip-off About a month ago my wife went to this dealership because our Nissan Rouge had a problem with the alarm system (I was out of town). I guess they kne About a month ago my wife went to this dealership because our Nissan Rouge had a problem with the alarm system (I was out of town). I guess they knew she was not familiar with the car and they told her to leave it and they would get back to her shortly. 4 hours later she called and they said they had not got to the car yet. After 7 hours she told them she really needed the car that evening - they said they would call her back. In 5 minutes they called her and said they cannot do anything since the alarm was not factory installed. When she came to pickup the car she was surprised at a $130 charge. They informed her that was the minimum charge and refused to negotiate or explain the charge . She wrote a letter to them and its been 3 weeks and they have not had the courtesy to even respond. Beware -- This dealership will rip you off !! More

My sales consultant Mae Naber was so understanding of my financial situation and did everything that she could to help make this the best deal possible. The buying process was incredibly fast and Mae was able to get me the exact car that I was looking for at the price point that I wanted to pay. I also received help from Sales Mgr Scott and Finance Mgr Chingis. Both gentleman were professional and help move my buying process along. I cannot say enough about the friendly and warm feeling I had when I interacted with each and every employee at this dealership. If I could rate my experience with Mae I would give her an 11 out of 10!!!! I highly recommend working with this dealership and if you are fortunate enough to work with Mae then I know she will take great care of you. More
