New Lease I called Ramsey with a question about trading in our lease. We wanted to lease another Rogue, but did not want to return to the original dealer after I called Ramsey with a question about trading in our lease. We wanted to lease another Rogue, but did not want to return to the original dealer after a very poor experience. The great service I received on the phone inspired us to visit Ramsey. When we walked into the dealership, we were greeted warmly by Alex, who wanted to make this as easy as possible. They had exactly what we were looking for, were not at all pushy, and made the decision to lease there a very easy one. Great service, friendly people who knew what they were doing and a clean and inviting dealership makes me encourage people looking for a Nissan to visit Ramsey Nissan. More

Quick & Painless I called the Ramsey Nissan location and got their internet sales department. I let them know I really dread renewing my lease every couple of years, a I called the Ramsey Nissan location and got their internet sales department. I let them know I really dread renewing my lease every couple of years, and would really like to deal with someone who's very nice, while also able to make this process as pain free as possible. They set me up with Mae Naber, who was exactly that. I got in & out of there with no hassle and a great deal. The dealership location is nicely complimented by the open office environment. Everyone from the receptionist, to Jose the manager, who I also dealt with, was very down to earth and helpful. More

No Help Just walked out of 2nd Nissan dealership with zero help. Not a single customer in there and no one even attempted a conversation. Spent a good 15 min Just walked out of 2nd Nissan dealership with zero help. Not a single customer in there and no one even attempted a conversation. Spent a good 15 min even had two people look right at me and just keep walking. No acknowledgement at all. Just chilled in a Murano for a good 10 min and nothing. Again bad sales odds are the service is equally as bad. More
