From the moment we entered the Ramsey Nissan showroom we felt comfortable. We were allowed to peruse the showroom without being too quickly approached by a salesperson. When we were approached by Tambe, our salesperson he was curtious as he offered his assistance. He helped us as we looked at various Nissan models. We found him to be informative and patient. We decided to test drive two Nissa models. We were given a generous amount of time test driving each model which helped in our selection of the Altima. Negotiating price was fair. We bought the car for less than the Edmonds TMV price. Sales Manager Bane Gamboa was curtious and amicable. They brought a car from another dealership that met our specifications for interior trim detail and color. The overall experience was pleasant and stress free. Tambe has since followed up and has inquired as to our new driving experience. We are not anticipating problems with our new vehicle, but feel confident that should the need arise that Nissan Ramsey will address them with the same professionalism that we have appreciated up until this point.
