Staff was outstanding, very helpful and understanding, rate them 5 stars. On day purchased car in Jan 2018, pistons rear hatch were broken, hatch would not stay open, especially if cold. Nissan fixed hatc rate them 5 stars. On day purchased car in Jan 2018, pistons rear hatch were broken, hatch would not stay open, especially if cold. Nissan fixed hatch but the fix was temporary. Since busy with parent elder care, was long time before brought this up again. I Had to pay to fix it. Felt the guarantee that nothing is broken on day car purchased and driven off lot, was not honored. More
