I went in for my 1st oil change- that I insisted upon as car is new - they kept saying car will tell you - well guess what? That feature was turned off- so if something had happened- I would have been liabl car is new - they kept saying car will tell you - well guess what? When I paid for oil change in cash- the cashier said I have no change- you can charge it- um no don’t tell me what to charge - so I didn’t get my change- only 75 cents - but what? No change so you keep it? Also the manager that said he would call me back “ right away” regarding this oil change- um it’s been a month. I’ve bought multiple cars from them - this was my last. More
