I have over 800 credit score and it was advertised for 1.9% apr and he tried to give me A 5.9% apr saying that’s was A great offer. Be careful with the contract department. More

LEASE RETURN: I am usually not the type of person to submit negative feedback, but I am appalled by the poor customer service at this location when it came to returning my lease. After calling numerous submit negative feedback, but I am appalled by the poor customer service at this location when it came to returning my lease. After calling numerous times, speaking to obnoxious and rude "managers," and getting the same rhetorical excuse of "the lot is full" for two weeks straight, I managed to get in touch with Route 46 Nissan where, with a parking lot also at max capacity and not being my original leasing dealership, they felt so bad for how I was being treated by Ramsey Nissan that hey opted to help me out and accept my lease return. It is truly a shame that businesses like Ramsey Nissan are allowed to continue providing such poor customer service without any repercussions. I hope this review gets to the top and something is done to prevent others from going through the awful experience to which I was subjected. I am a healthcare provider and a frontline worker and I know what customer service is like as I provide it to my patients on a daily basis. Never will I recommend doing any type of business with this dealership in the future. Very unsatisfied and unhappy. More

It was a pleasure working with Alan to get my sister's car back in working order. I haven't driven it too much yet since the car was returned to our family but there was no more grinding noise when operat car back in working order.
