I appreciate both Ian and Mark for the efficiency and kindess during the purchase of my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Conversing with Ian other than the sale aspect of my car, about Marvel and traveling made the ex kindess during the purchase of my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Team members Sean and gentlemen that supported me to pick up my car were just fair. They were doing their jobs but not friendly or supportive. Especially the gentleman that supported me for the pick up gav up my car were just fair. They were doing their jobs but not friendly or supportive. Especially the gentleman that supported me for the pick up gave me a strange looks and attitude when I said I want to check the heater on my car... when you spend few hundred bucks to repair something (especially this is the second time you brought it to the shop) of course you want to check it, right? also I am not happy about the price. I spent over $800 and received $0 discount, when there was a coupon on the invoice for 10% attached. You really shouldn’t have to beg for a discount when you are a royal customer where this is the only garage that we use, and especially when you purchase 2 cars from here before. I am NOT buying another Nissan again as I had too much issues with this garage. This system does not allow me to submit the survey unless I enter emplooname. I do not see Sean name and I do not know the other person’s name so I am just going to select a random name so that I can submit the survey, and and hopefully Ramsey Nissan will be aware of the issue. More
