Very professional dealership. Their service personnel are excellent. Extremely good customer service. Had to bring my 2013 Nissan Altima in for a new transmission. They were very accommodating and worked wit excellent. Extremely good customer service. Had to bring my 2013 Nissan Altima in for a new transmission. They were very accommodating and worked with us to give us the best price possible. Then my hood latch went which was on recall and flew up while I was driving causing damage to the car. They were very apologetic and promptly towed it in from my home to have it repaired. The hood and side panels were replaced. I was given a newer loaner car to drive while it was being fixed. Overall I am very happy with the service I received. Would highly recommend Ramsey Nissan ! More
