Well not happy, brought my car for a noise that happened when I hit 40 miles an hour. I was told I need to replace brakes rotors a s calipers as they were seizing intermittently. I had a licensed mechanic I when I hit 40 miles an hour. I was told I need to replace brakes rotors a s calipers as they were seizing intermittently. I had a licensed mechanic Inspec all calipers were fine. He is replacing pads and rotors but does not think that will fix problem as the transmission has documented issues. More

Very professional dealership. Their service personnel are excellent. Extremely good customer service. Had to bring my 2013 Nissan Altima in for a new transmission. They were very accommodating and worked with us to give us the best price possible. Then my hood latch went which was on recall and flew up while I was driving causing damage to the car. They were very apologetic and promptly towed it in from my home to have it repaired. The hood and side panels were replaced. I was given a newer loaner car to drive while it was being fixed. Overall I am very happy with the service I received. Would highly recommend Ramsey Nissan ! More
