To make a long story short. (sorry did not get his name, However he sit directly across from Jennifer). He later told he it was synthetic oil, which makes it so expensive. The person the process my payment told me it was recommended. Which means to me it was not mandatory. I was not satisfied with this service at all, so not the way you speak to customers, a repeated customer at that this is my 3rd car with Nissan and from the same location. Very disappointed!! More
