Smooth, Easy, Professional, Honest, & Safe Ramsey Subaru was the third Subaru dealership we had dealt with in the past week, and by far the best. They were very prompt in their responsiveness, Ramsey Subaru was the third Subaru dealership we had dealt with in the past week, and by far the best. They were very prompt in their responsiveness, as well as open and honest with their pricing and fees. We dealt with Mauricio right from the beginning, and he was friendly and professional, as well as super helpful and quick to respond via email, phone calls or text. We got a good vibe right away, so we drove to NJ (we're from CT; the CT dealers were not as impressive) to check out the car. The car was exactly as described, and all pricing and fees previously discussed were honored, so we bought the car. The were also able to offer competitive financing, which beat the financing I had already secured through our bank. Mauricio even had us follow him to their service center down the street so we could purchase the wheel locks we wanted, and he installed them immediately himself. On a COVID-19 note, they were also very safe and clean. It was appointment only, everyone (employees and customers) was required to wear a mask, they practiced social distancing, and their sales were conducted in their open service bays, so no customer had to actually enter the building/be inside. Overall, just a really pleasant experience from start to finish! We would definitely recommend Ramsey Subaru! More
