They will ask you if you want a complementary car wash. My total time was an hour, including the car wash, which is very good. I was greeted by David Melendez who took my information and kept me informed about my vehicle. I waited in the waiting room which is comfortable, there were 5 people in the room, we were all spaced out and had our masks on. The place is very clean and it operates very nicely. I will be back. Charlie & Shane were awesome. I’ve never purchased a cat site unseen that went so smoothly. We purchased our 2020 Subaru Outback Touring XT during COVID. It was such a smooth transaction.
