I was already really impressed with the sales department in getting my BRZ last year. I don’t drive it too much but went ahead with scheduling my first service. Going the extra mile for a customer I had to replace 4 tires and have work done due to a recent recall. Since it was late afternoon on a Friday, I had to take a loaner car which I usual I had to replace 4 tires and have work done due to a recent recall. Since it was late afternoon on a Friday, I had to take a loaner car which I usually avoid since driving any car--not mine--makes me nervous. Given my reluctance to accept a loaner, I was told that the service to my car might possibly be completed on Saturday but I didn't want to count on it. When I received the call on Saturday morning that the work had been completed, I was very pleased. I was able to drop off the loaner early afternoon Saturday and enjoy my own car for the rest of the weekend. More
