I leased my 2020 Ascent here because I had been to their stellar service department in the past, but had not purchased a vehicle from Ramsey. First of all if you didn't purchase from them, you will still be treated like you DID when you bring your vehicle purchased elsewhere in to Ramsey for service. The sales experience was very positive and stress free. The amount of time the process took was very small. It was almost too easy! I can't say anything negative about this dealership and would not hesitate to purchase or lease from them again. More

She was so energetic, polite and helpful... but what was amazing was the enthusiasm with which she performed her job! That smile never left her face even after I was in the waiting room! The finance guy was very dry and brought the last part of the buying experience to an abrupt and downward experience. Mr. "no personality" would be putting it lightly.
