I didn't want to write a poor review up until this point because there have been prior excellent experiences. But this experience was just too disturbing and irritating for me to overlook. First of all the evening prior to a planned Express visit to change oil, etc., I started hearing a clicking noise that I was concerned about. Upon arriving in the Express lane, I was greeted with an unfriendly face and one that clearly didn't want to hear about the clicking noise. I was told I would have to make an appointment for the clicking noise even though I didn't know whether or not it was serious to make an appointment. In positive previous occasions, I was greeted in a friendly manner and if there were things I was questioning such as a clicking noise, I received a problem-solving response that was both positive and fair to myself and the service center. This person was way to rigid, and add the unfriendliness and lecturing in there, I doubt I will ever return. Too bad....because there are some customer service reps that are there who are kind and friendly and willing to work with you the best they can. By the way, he didn't introduce himself at all so I have no idea what his name was. And they left my hood open. More

Experience and pricing was good no pressure & friendly staff. Relatively quick process. I used a website from work which gave me a small discount on the price which was honored. I did not appreciate less than 1/4 tank of gas when purchased I had to fill up before I reached home. Detailing was subpar. There were marks on the doors from someone’s shoe and the rims were still dirty. My Sales rep was misinformed about title transfer which almost delayed my purchase by 3 weeks. Luckily a few hours later she called back and said she was wrong and we moved along with the process. During the review of the technology I asked about text messages notification and I was told that was not available with the year I purchased when I got home and played around with the controls I found you can have text message notifications. Now I wonder if there are other things I am missing. And lastly I did a plate transfer for my personal plates and I have them but I still have to go back for the registration even though it’s almost an hour each way. I was told they can overnight them but they get lost and it could take longer. Not happy about having to take another trip back. Overall those few things did not ruin the sale or deal I received and were the only issues I had. I would recommend this dealership. More
