Would not recommend I didn’t purchase my Subaru here because the sales experience felt like they were trying to get over on me. Instead I purchased my 2018 Forester from I didn’t purchase my Subaru here because the sales experience felt like they were trying to get over on me. Instead I purchased my 2018 Forester from a dealer that was a bit further away. But I have been taking my car here for regular service. Unfortunately the most recent service (30K) turned into a nightmare with return trips required. The service technician cracked the oil pan, so they had to replace it. Then the low oil light kept coming on, so they had to replace it again since something didn’t go right the first time. They broke the hood release lever, the power window aren’t working right, and certain elements of the wheel alignment are “unfixable.” I am looking for a new service center, but honestly it sounds more and more like a may just trade it in for a Honda. More

Quick Recall Fix I received a recall notice on a Saturday. Made an appointment for Wednesday morning. While no one likes to have to get their car serviced, Subaru really eases the process. More
