Alex was extremely helpful in getting the price to work, and in prepping all the documents, including registration and insurance. Everything was handled in advance via email, so when we got to the dealership, the car and the paperwork were ready and we were able to drive the car away in short order. Everyone was very professional. The dealership is snappy and well laid out, and everybody we worked with knew their business and got us on our way. And we really like our new Outback! I'd highly recommend Ramsey Subaru. More

Oil Change / Tire Rotation I arrived late in the morning with no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was asked if I wanted my car washed too. The first time they did the oil consumption test the mechanic over f Well let's start with I'm not very happy that the engine had to be changed twice. The first time they did the oil consumption test the mechanic over filled the engine with oil then i was told the car was fine when it wasn't. I had them do it again this time I checked the levels before I left the shop. When they did the first engine swap I had to bring it back because the AC wasn't working. I didn't have any problems with the second swap yet. I will say your mechanics should take a rag and wipe down the engine when they work on a car. Makes it look like you actually did some work to the car and it only takes 30 seconds to do. As far as customer service goes Esma Batca is the best employee you have. She made what started as a bad experience very pleasant she handled the situation well and was very professional. The only one I will deal with anytime I go back. More
