Alex was extremely helpful in getting the price to work, and in prepping all the documents, including registration and insurance. Everything was handled in advance via email, so when we got to the dealership, the car and the paperwork were ready and we were able to drive the car away in short order. Everyone was very professional. The dealership is snappy and well laid out, and everybody we worked with knew their business and got us on our way. And we really like our new Outback! Oil Change / Tire Rotation I arrived late in the morning with no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was asked if I wanted my car washed too.
