The first time they did the oil consumption test the mechanic over f Well let's start with I'm not very happy that the engine had to be changed twice. The first time they did the oil consumption test the mechanic over filled the engine with oil then i was told the car was fine when it wasn't. I had them do it again this time I checked the levels before I left the shop. When they did the first engine swap I had to bring it back because the AC wasn't working. I didn't have any problems with the second swap yet. I will say your mechanics should take a rag and wipe down the engine when they work on a car. Makes it look like you actually did some work to the car and it only takes 30 seconds to do. As far as customer service goes Esma Batca is the best employee you have. She made what started as a bad experience very pleasant she handled the situation well and was very professional. The only one I will deal with anytime I go back. More

The other alternative was a reading from a nationally known company which I thought Subaru was. Chris was thoughtful enough to tell me that might not be enough which I will find out. More
