The other alternative was a reading from a nationally known company which I thought Subaru was. Chris was thoughtful enough to tell me that might not be enough which I will find out. More

FAST & FRIENDLY SERVICE........AS ALWAYS ! As always, the service I received at Ramsey Subaru was fast, friendly and done right the first time. A few dash lights went on the night before & Subaru took me right away. They diagnosed the issue & luckily a good part of it was covered by my extended warranty. The care was ready the same day and was washed too ! Considering the little I have to spend on maintenance & virtually no problems with my Imprezza since 2014, it was all worthwhile. Had the right car for us When seeing the Outback before pick up, I noticed that the wiper fluid was not filled. I was under the impression that as a certified car every thing When seeing the Outback before pick up, I noticed that the wiper fluid was not filled. I was under the impression that as a certified car every thing was checked! Sales man did not fluid to fill ? Also,when we checked out to finalize the paperwork the explanation about the extended warranty could have have been better done. I feel that Subaru itself could have a video explaining the features on the 2019 Outback that would help new owners feel more comfortable with it features. Also, how long should I have to wait for my new plates? This is my first Subaru and I have high hopes for its reliability. More
