Not as good as usual We normally have a great visit. This was our second visit for the same oil leak. I'm worried we will have the same issue when the warranty expires We normally have a great visit. This was our second visit for the same oil leak. I'm worried we will have the same issue when the warranty expires. Two non service related issues I had. An Employee (from the parts department I think) was rude to my service rep while he was working with me. I wont go into detail because he asked me not to say anything and he would handle it. I forgot my key in the loaner and one of the service technicians came to give it to me at the service desk. I thanked him and without saying your welcome, turned and walked away like he was annoyed. Seems like some of the employees are unhappy. More

Very good but always new faces I love the dealer but I noticed my long time CSR is no longer there and currently seeing new faces. You now have to put the trust factor back into the I love the dealer but I noticed my long time CSR is no longer there and currently seeing new faces. You now have to put the trust factor back into the new person. In the past years all the CSRs that I started with in 2014 are gone with the exception of a few. Customers feel more comfortable seeing the same people so maybe there is issues internally but doesn’t seem that way from the outside. I just hope we all get the same great service. More
