I would NEVER hesitate to recommend service at this location... even if it may be a few dollars more, it's money very well spent! More

Detailed: I was very nervous about buying a car because of a terrible experience I had with another Subaru dealer. However, I was SO wrong to be nervous when it came to buying a car from Ramsey Subaru. Although I did a lot over the phone, I knew I was in good hands. Linda was fantastic to speak with on the phone and didn't try and take advantage of me (being a woman), like other dealerships had done. Was straight with me about what was available to meet my needs and had a great attitude. Then there was Dino - he was fantastic, super responsive and answered all my questions and then some! He was very knowledgeable (like EVERYONE at Ramsey Subaru) about the car and meeting my needs. When I went in to pick up the car, I met with Michael (Finance) and he went through my options. Again, very knowledgeable and didn't try and take advantage of me with all the packages that were offered. After I went through all of that, I met Chris who went through the features of the car in great detail. He actually sat with me in the car and went through EVERYTHING. I've purchased new cars before, and this is the first time that has been offered. It was fantastic! I would definitely recommend using Ramsey Subaru if you want a reliable, knowledgeable, friendly team to help you buy your new Subaru. More
